This is a really lovely place to stay but get in quick as it books out fast. Such lovely rooms although the beds are pretty hard. That's my only gripe though. Really nice hotel. Helpful staff. Great location. Such a lovely town. We stayed over NYE 2012/13 and had such a nice time. Definitely recommended.

We stayed for four nights at this lovely family run hotel. It was spotless, the staff always smiling and the owners dedication to the hotel, legendary. It doesn't have all the "bells and whistles" that 4 and 5 star hotels have but makes up for this with its friendly atmosphere. Will be back. !!!

The service was okay except when the staff are eating lunch they do not wish to be disturbed and you are met with an empty reception desk. The bathroom was quite clean along with the toilet. The hotel is the cleanest place we've ever stayed. Personnel during breakfast dont speak english and if you even ask for a 'glass of water' they dont understand. We chose Megeve for a change from other busy Alpine resorts and were thrilled by all we experienced during our four day break. Top of the list was the awesome food we experienced every night.
