An old traditional hotel right at the harbour front of Marseille. Excellent location. Staff all spoke English & were very efficient. The room was well presented, with comfortable bed & a very modern bathroom with all the toiletries one could ever need. Breakfast was outstanding, with a massive offering of food. Upon arrival we were given a book of coupons that... More

The Grand Hotel Beauvau Marseille is located right in the heat of the Vieu Port-- don't think there is any other hotel around can beat this location. The room has properly renovated, the bed is excellent -- firm but still very comfortable. The bathroom is spacious, though the design of the shower glass is not large enough and as the... More

Quite a quaint place. Good value. Excellent room containing all one needs. Very helpful staff. And to wake up to that view of the Vieux Port is just magnificent. The boats, the cafes, the returning fishermen sellling their catch. it is all special. More

The price of the hotel is fine for me since I booked early with AGODA. The rack rate as listed can be frightening , from 300 to 500 euros per night! It is only a 4 stars hotel. The service is very good and professional. The concierge recommended a couple of excellent restaurant in the neighborhood. I stayed seven nights... More

Hotel is in a great location, right on the port and easy walking distance to some lovely restaurants. The hotel does look very grand and the room itself was nice, bit small but not quite as dated as other reviews seemed to suggest. The bathroom was large, the toiletries good and the shower was amazing...very high pressure and very relaxing.... More

Two adults, 13 yr old and 10 yr old girls. We chose this hotel due to location and we were not disappointed. We booked the duplex suite with a queen bed upstairs and two single beds downstairs. We travel with a bit of luggage and had no problem storing the luggage. The bed was the best that I have slept... More

Initially I had a street view, but asked for a port view and agreed to pay the 20 Euro difference. The double-paned glass worked wonderfully and I heard hardly any noise from the lively port unless I opened the windows. I thought the rooms were a decent size for French hotel rooms, and the bathroom was beautiful. I think the... More

The location is brilliant, right down by the old port and that's why we chose this place. Staff were friendly inside, but while the place looks grand from the street, inside it's a bit dated and worn. The room we had was fairly tired - old furnishings, fittings etc. It could use a revamp. The pictures make it look like... More
