This hotel really is something special! It has a very authentic old feeling about it... it's not over the top with the decor, everything just seems right. Third or fourth stay here. Lovely place. Turn of the last century decor, yet open the dresser and inside you find a 50" flat screen TV. Superb service and food. Really nice. And the components of the best bacon roll in the World.

We stayed here last summer and it is true it is not a hotel for children but they are more than welcome. We did not experience the negative looks, even when the baby was crying. And the staff could not do enough to help us, switching to English whenever we wanted even though we tried to speak French to them.... More
