The Villa Les Cygnes should not be classed as a hotel, but as a hostel or B&B.
No lounge, poor mattrasses and pillows, ugly sheets and towels, air-conditionning has to be shared with another room, no international TV channels, blocked drain in the bathroom, house in need of renovation, breakfast below average.
