The room was ok in terms of size. However, the walls are paper thin so we were constantly woken up by other guests and their blearing tv. The hotel is conveniently located 5 minutes from the promenade. The staff was very friendly and let us use the hotel´s one and only parking lot , which was very convenient as finding a parking space in Nice is a nightmare. Have stayed there twice now. Both times reception staff friendly and helpful, room basic but clean and comfortable, breakfast good. Situation brilliant for walking around the interesting bits of Nice.
