The kyriad was one of the few cheaper hotels not to have dreadful comments on trip advisor so I booked it hoping forthe best. We got a good deal from a web site and after reading the reviews on "tripadvisor" we paid in full in advance. The twin room was small; however there were hangers in the adaquately sized wardrobe, a good kettle on the desk for making tea/coffee, the toilet and shower area was small but clean and it has an extractor fan.... The rooms are very tiny, and you don't have space for anything. The bathroom is not so clean, and whatsmore the room has a very bad smell. It's horrible! The breakfast is very small, and you don't have many things to choose. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, in spite of its location.

I found the staff to be not very friendly at all. Rooms were very small, as was the bathroom, shower etc. Bathroom could have been cleaner, dirty grout. Not very good attention to detail. Convenient for the centre of Nice and very reasonably priced. Car park was very very tight but we do have a very big car. We stayed in Kyriad for 3 nights in mid of October. Very good location near port and about 1,5 km from Place du Massena. Welcome in reception was slow and not very professional. In second night if I wanted to change not-working keycard of my room, a reception guy watched TV and was nervous for interrupting of this etc... Problems... More
