Very nice place to stay in Nice! very good location with sea view and in the old town! Lea and Max are very friendly people and they made me feel like being part of their family! For me, definitely Lou Souleou was the perfect place to stay in Nice and I will come back and recommend to all my friends!

Simple and friendly bed and breakfast. Homely environment, including a couple of well-behaved cats. Close to beach, market, shops and restaurants. No problem missing air conditioning in November. Excellent location and price!

I traveled alone to Nice. This place is such a nice surprise...great view to the ocean from the balcony, convenient location, very clean and bathroom and shared bedrooms. The hosts are such lovely people. I will definitely go back and stay with them again.
