Perfect location if travelling by train. Only a few minutes walk and visible from the station. Offered excellent value for money when the F1 circus was in Monaco. An iron in the room would have been useful.

Stayed in last week of April 2013. very small rooms. You need to adjust to fit in the shower. conveniently located next to Nice Gare (Railway station). Situated on first floor access by escalator. All the staff at the reception were not very helpful.
