Nicely located in front of Yacht harbour. Underground parking is difficult to park. I had problem when I got out from car park. Entrance gate of car park (1st gate, not Mercure gate) was not able to open till other car was entering from outside. This is big problem and need to be fixed. Otherwise, reassonable hotel in this location.

This is a decent hotel with well appointed rooms, we'd booked a city facing room and the sea view upgrade on the day was expensive so we didn't bother.thought this was a bit short-sighted of them as the hotel was nowhere near full. don't rely on the car park - it's smelly, dingy, almost unnavigable and expensive. staff really helpful, dining area like a canteen,food at breakfast not great. handily-placed for the marina, fair walk to the start of the promenade and to the main part of the town
