This hotel located in market street in the heart of Cannes 1 minut walk to railway station and 3 minuts walk to palace of congresses and see cost. It simple, but lovely. Rooms are not big, but clean. Good point to discover Cote'd'azur

its near the train station and centraly located. cannes is little city so its possible to walk to everywhere. also if you come from (or go to) marseille and nice, its really easy to reach. in front of the hotel, you can find places to eat and drink..specially its good in the evening.

Extremely rude receptionist who made to attempt to welcome us or explain a confusion over payment. Breakfast was v expensive - get a croissant and a coffee round the corner for half the price. Room said it had a safe yet we never found one. Good if youre on a budget but wont rush back!

Clean and affordable centrally located HOTEL in expensive town.We stay here just for one night,did't take breakfast because around they are a lot's of cafe.It is very close to the beach and they give free beach towels.the rooms are ok sized. The price was the best part!!We would come back to this hotel when in Cannes.

A nice, decently priced, clean little hotel. The street where it is located doesn't allow for car access, but we managed to stop just to drop the luggage and than park the car. Good, Clean, Budget hotel. If you ask they will provide a car park pass at the conference centre for 1/3 of what it would otherwise cost.

This place was nothing spectacular but it was clean and affordable and centrally located in what can be a very expensive town. They give free beach towels. There is an elevator. Don't take the breakfast. You will be better off going to the Monoprix store a few blocks away and getting a bag of day-old croissants and pain au chocolate... More
