Average hotel, good prices, nothing special, just a cheap place to stay during the Cannes Film Festival. No lift, rooms could be noisy but if you're used to a 2* or 3* could be good. Free wifi. Owners very friendly....French. Very good location!!!!

This is a SMALL BUDGET HOTEL on a nice street, 2 short blocks from the BEACH and promenade that are a central attraction of Cannes.
