Tatty is a good overall opinion. Good points is that it's near a bus stop and the staff seemed friendly.
Bad points:
Room terrible. Bedroom itself fine, but:
Door handle came off in hand
Toilet rool holder kept opening and could only be shut by lodging toilet paper within the holder itself.
