“Bed bugs in the room”

Otherwise it is a very good hotel. Breakfast was nice, room looked clean and modern. Great location. However our room had heavy bed bug infestation. We notified staff - they looks surprised....................................................................

We had booked 2 nights here as that was all we could get during a busy festival period but we wanted to stay much longer. The young owners are delightful and the local paper had a photo of them in an article on accomodation for bike riding in the Loire the day we booked in! The first thing you notice... More
