This ibis is definitely not on par with others we stayed in whilst in France. We made the mistake of not requesting smoke free rooms .. and regretted it all night long. It smelt so bad! It's a hotel, it's ok, it's clean, it's not too expensive. You're in Rouen for a night? Perfect. A weekend? OK. A week? Er...... Receptionist was helpful. On arrival we noticed the toilet cistern was broken and our room was changed immediately, no problem.
