We had to book in at the last minute after our Ferry was cancelled (at short notice). Infuriating however Veronique was helpful and provided very welcome tea and Danish Pastry on arrival. Our rooms on the top floor were well presented and the beds most comfortable with lovely bed linen. Amazing views were a bonus. A good nights sleep and then an AMAZING breakfast. From a choice of salted and unsalted butter to the croissants kept warm on the log burner to the colour coded spoons for the excellent variety of home made preserves I don’t believe I have ever sat down to a better morning spread. There was also bread, a variety of cheeses, a fresh fruit salad, a rhubarb crumble, natural yogurt and unlimited coffee. This is somewhere to which I would love to return!

4 of us stayed here. Easy parking. 2 minute drive to town. Our hostess was very nice. Breakfast was delicious with a fresh fruit tart. Also fresh squeezed orange juice. Our room was spacious with a sitting room also. There is a fridge downstairs where we kept our wine & cheese. Bottled water in the rooms was a plus. Bed was comfortable. Fresh flowers in our room. Overall a great place to stay. Really pretty B&B.

We stayed three nights in this beautiful BnB with my wife and really had a great time in the area thanks to the hospitality of our hostess that treated us like family!! The breakfast and how we were served was making us feel like home as everything was so fresh and tasted great! It was a nice touch to our trip in Normandy. Would definitely recommend!!

La Cerisaie is located a very short drive outside Honfleur, with a gorgeous view over the Seine estuary from the rooms and garden. The host was very welcoming and her English was much better than my French, I am ashamed to say. The room was in the attic, but plenty of room, king size bed, shower, toilet and everything you could want. Facilities in the shared living room were lovely, with plenty of tea, coffee and refreshments, plus homemade cakes or muffins available for you to help yourself. Although the house and garden and parking area are separated by the road, we didn't find this an issue at all. There is a crossing at the gate. Spent one afternoon just lounging in the hammock in the garden, drinking tea - so relaxing after the hustle of 2 days sightseeing non stop. Breakfast was lovely, with homemade preserves, local cheeses, fruit, cereal and of course a mixture of breads and pastries, plus enough tea or coffee to start your day off properly. The location is perfect. Far enough out of the town to be quiet at night, but near enough to be 2 mins in car or taxi. Unfortunately, I wouldn't like to walk as no footpath for 500m leading to house and quite a busy road. All in all, an excellent trip, fantastic place to stay and highly recommended.

We chose La Cerisaie on spec as we were looking for a quiet village in Normandy. It is better than we expected, Veronique and her daughter were welcoming and helpful with local information. Breakfast was superb, the room is large and very comfortable. The large two person bath was relaxing!! Overlooking the Harbour and beach plus only 2 minutes into Honfleur with its marvelous restaurants. I can't rave about this lovely place enough. Tré bien et merci buckets!

We enjoyed our visit at this cozy B&B—the room, the views, the breakfast, and our hostess, Veronique! She even met us at the roadside to help us find this charming place, which is actually not difficult to find, but Google Maps wasn't very cooperative. We are very glad to have visited and would love to return some day to this peaceful, blessed place!

Parking across the road with a shoelace holding 2 white gates closed, to keep the chickens in, we dash across the narrow, winding, country lane to the house. The view of the ocean is fantastic. A friendly lady welcomes us and we are taken to the quaint room upstairs. There is a huge bathtub, which we love for unwinding. Its a short drive to Honfleur The hostess had accounted for most things in the room except for towel hangers in the bathroom ( which i find evident in 90% of hotels) and perhaps a thicker curtain on the window next to the shower where I'm naked for all the French sheep to baaa over! 9.30am breakfast was incredible. We were the only 2 guests in the house, yet the hostess had the fireplace on, with a pot of hot coffee and croissants and pain du chocolat warming on top. She has outdone herself with a spread fit for a group of people. A bowl of granola, fruit salad, yogurt and muesli and milk all stood alongside 4 different jams, warm baguette bread, salted butter, 3 different cheeses, a selection of hams and fresh orange juice. If that all wasnt enough, she had freshly baked an apple pie on thin pastry puff. We rolled out of there. Almost sad to be staying only 1 night.

Myself, my wife and a lady friend stayed here at the beginning of May and we loved it! The rooms, service and food (breakfast) were exemplary. We would definitely come back here again. The house is by a main route into Honfleur but traffic noise was minimal.
