They told American Express that they have sea-facing suite. American Express booked and chased 6 times in last 36 hours to get a confirmation. End of 36 hours, they tell American Express that the suite is no longer available. French hospitality at its WORST!!!! HOPE THE MANAGEMENT OF THE HOTEL READS THIS!!!! More
