Great location just minutes from the centre. Personal welcome, very friendly. Room was quiet, well equipped, but yes may be seen by many as quite run-down, could do with modernising but given i wasn't there for long i didn't mind too much. Shower could've definitely done with an upgrade. Good value for money all things considered. Stayed for two nights.
