We spent a weekend in September without kid and really enjoyed it. The peniche is very well located to walk into town, we loved the setting, breakfasts were delicious and the owner, Gladys Vincent, was very kind and helpful. We almost missed our plane back because the taxi we had ordered never showed up and she chased the airport bus...
