We had a Great family room at his hotel,which consisted of one double bed and one big single bed Room was situated on back side of hotel and was very quite. A massive amount of choice for buffet style Breakfast.

I had visited this hotel before, I was happy to stay again, comfortable room, lovely breakfast and close to the Grotto.It was my hotel of choice. But when a problem arose no one wanted to deal with it, indeed even now no-one will respond to emails!! For an international chain this after service is really less than satisfactory.

I loved staying at this hotel... warm reception, our room was ready for checking in despite our early arrival. the staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was clean, wide and classy (if i may say) with a nice view over the river. great location at few steps from the market and the sanctuary.
