A very good hotel, situated within easy access of the trams and with polite, helpful and friendly staff. The car parking facilities are very good and on site also. For british travellers the breakfast facilities were good but obviously of a continental type and so no eggs or bacon available. I would definitely use this hotel again should I visit... More

This IBIS is pretty much typical of the brand, the location is very close to the excellent tram service so quite convienient. I'm pretty sensitive to noise & despite being on the ground floor I didn't have major issues with the road noise, just an almighty bang at 2.30am that sounded like something very large & heavy had fallen over... This hotel needs a makeover and quick. Rooms are falling apart, dirty areas outside of hotel with condoms on floor, facilities are very poor with bathroom in a bad state of repairs....although fairly cheap this does not mean Accorr can rely on price alone they need to spend some of their profits on their hotels and quick because other chains...
