This rented property was musty (smelly) on arrival and the downstairs toilet was locked but we got on with our weekend Unfortunately the sewage system did not work for an upstairs bathroom and a really terrible smell came up through the plumbing When we mentioned this issue with the owner, we felt the respone was unacceptable

We love Carcassonne and the Canal du midi, we were looking for a quiet place,not so far away from la Citè. The Domaine de Poulharies was a perfect place to relax, enjoy the vineyards. We rented bycicles there and we went to Carcassonne along the canal.We will be back. Susy and Toni
