Mercure Bastille St Antoine is a small hotel that became part of the Mercure chain not too long ago. It still has a little bit of the feel of an independent hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. A little small but probably not by Paris standards. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel is located on a... More

Dear Guests, Very pleased that you've enjoyed your stay in our "small" Mercure hotel. For sure, a real and authentic place to be in Paris, outside of all the famous touristic and busy places. My staff and I are very proud of your comments, Hope to see you angain for your next trip in Paris, Mathieu Chaigneau More

The rooms in this hotel are a good size, especially for Paris. It was very comfortable with a good bathroom. It is far enough away from the main tourist precinct but close to trains - within walking distance. Very good restaurants without the big price tag are close by. Only thing that was offputing was the colour of the corridors... More

If you are travelling to Paris this is an ideal hotel. The service, rooms and everything about it is fantastic. The only thing that might trouble visitors is the location. But if you think about it, the location is not so bad. It's about 5 minutes walk from Gare de Lyon where you can arrive via train from the Airport.... More

We have just spent 6 nights in Paris at this hotel and I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for good value accommodation. It's really well priced and in a great location that seemed very safe and close to the Metro. Room sizes are typical of Paris - after all you get what you pay for. Staff... More

Easy to find from Garre de Lyon (15 min walk max), great neighbourhood feel with local food markets, cafes, bakeries etc. all on the same street as the hotel. 15 min walk to Bastille, 30 to Notre Dame. Close to 2 or 3 metro stops if required. Great roof-top terrace if the sun is shining! Staff were really helpful and... More

The reception is a little deceptive as it is very small but the rooms were a nice surprise, big and nicely furnished. The location is good near lots of bars and restaurants. Breakfast is not worth the price.

Very pleased with the hotel, modern reception area and small bar. Very well presented, very clean, new decor and bathroom tiling. Good size room (unusual in Paris) and in a quiet area, so good nights' sleep. Good location, but only 5 mins from Metro station and within walking distance of Bastille.

This is a great neighbourhood and close to the wonderful market on rue d'aligré each morning http://marchedaligre.free.fr. Also not far from a wonderful irish bar - Patrick's at 33 Rue de Montreuil. This hotel looks to have been recently refurbished and although the rooms are typically small (as is common in Paris), they are comfortable and have everything you need.... More

The hotel is in very nice, safe neighborhood. Staff is friendly and accomodating. Even the Prestige Room is small (but that's Paris). Breakfast is excellent and Breakfast staf are OUTSTANDING. A very nice , safe bet.

The hotel is located in a quiet street which has many small restaurants and bakeries nearby. There is also a supermarket just a short walk away.
