Room really wasn't anything special - actually very cold and clinical. They didn't have a record of our booking (through Avios), although were quick to find us a room. Very strange atmosphere, however breakfast was very good. Location is actually goo, a 15 min walk from Gare du Nord, and close to the metro. Nothing scary here.
