The hotel staff was not helpful at all. upon arrival our key would not work so the staff member moved us into another room with no AC and without an apology. The hotel was Dirty and Hot. The shower had Mold all over the tile. I would say Stay away form this hotel at all cost. More

Stinky carpets, tiny rooms, bad air conditioning, noisy lifts,mil dewed shower curtains. Waste of money. I started the AC and found after an hour or so that the room was absolutely HOT. The hotel rooms are run down, but bathrooms and sheets are clean. Very helpful staff.Location very central for a Paris visitor.Louvre and Opera are a 10 min walk.Excellent restuarants and bakeries close by. More

Stayed in a suite on the ground floor. Room is big but very dated. Kitchen utilities are all out of order. Curtains cannot cover the windows. One of the windows cannot be closed because AC pipe goes through it. Internet never worked, very frustrating. Anyway not a 4-star hotel at all. Not worth the money at all. Location is good... More

The rooms are very dated and have seen better days. I slept for hours after a very busy day in Paris and the hotel was quiet and comfortable. Not flashy but good within its category. The cooking facilities were basic but worked for my restricted diet. The staff were really helpful and the location was really central and near some lovely sights. More

This place is a hidden gem in the Opera District in an area that's much quieter than the Opera district but with all the Paris amenities (bistro at the corner, bakery and supermarket 2 minutes away). These are studios small by Midwest or California standards, big by NYC, London or Paris standards. Very friendly staff and excellent cleaning service. More
