They refused to provide WIFI, athough it was clearly indicated in the reservation bill as included. We had to pay for it as an extra.The personnel at the reception desk was very rude, unfriendly and unprepared.

Typical Paris hotel with good location, very small room. Nothing extra included in the price. No shampoo.
