I had a double room on the fifth floor of the building and was pleasantly surprised in every respect - condition, cleanliness, location, convenience, value, comfort of the bed, etc. I would strongly recommend this hotel. The only issue was hot water was not available briefly in the late morning one day but was back within an hour or two.

Stayed many times and always had a warm welcome. Price increase since refurbishment but Ok value for central Paris. Nice comfortable rooms each with different decor and layout. Some showers could be bigger but the drench heads work well. Breakfast is Ok but also nice cafe next door. Location ideal for Fauchon and Madeleine/Concorde/Opera.
