Small, but clean and comfortable room. Breakfast way better than I expected with array of cheeses and cold cuts, yogurt, croissants, bread etc. Short walk to place d'italie metro station and not to far from Latin quarter.

We stayed 7 nights and wished would have stayed fewer nights as the rooms are super tiny and located about a 15' metro ride from most landmarks. It's a very nice, low budget hotel. The rooms are small but clean. It's location is good, close to the metro station and to many restaurants.We didn't try the breakfast but there is at least one very good brasserie around and a lot of cafes that serve breakfast. I would stay again in this hotel.

There is nothing bad in this hotel, except that rooms are little bit tired. The breakfast is really nice, compare to what you get in other Parisian hotels. Location is nice, many restaurants around, quite safe during the night, close to the metro. Overall it's ok, just nothing special.
