I happened upon the hotel through a directory and it's situated in a rather seedy part of Paris. Prostitutes stroll the boulevard outside, the staff was rather unfriendly, and overall it's not a nice place to stay unless your options are limited.

good staff. they help u in booking different events like moulin rouge, etc. nice english breakfast. small but nice, clean rooms. very good location, not much far from city center. very near to the metro station, only one change if you are coming from CDG.
