Stayed in September 2012 over 4 days. Whatever Whenever concierge service assisted us in recommending and booking restaurants/cafes for us to try. Stayed here for three nights with my girlfriend and it was exactly what you'd expect from a W Hotel- stylish, clean and friendly. Unfortunately because the hotel is so popular, it is very unlikely you will get a room upgrade if you hold SPG Gold / Platinum. The location is excellent, we will stay here again.

Great view on the opera from the room, very cosy lounge outside, ideal to drink some champagne before dinner, the restaurant on the second floor is very good, great staff very friendly, doesn't feel like paris....

They deliver like a five star hotel should. It's a shame they don't have a spa or a pool but apart from that, it's excellent. Plenty of Space for a family of 6 if u get a suite and a spectacular room. Would come back here again.
