We stayed at the Monceau Etiole and enjoyed this traditional hotel. Management and staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was good. The area is delightful with cafe life, street markets and the metro not far away.

Lovely little hotel with old and small rooms. I spent there two nights in July on a business trip. Not a family hotel, though... Outside noise from outside can be disturbing. Staff speaks very good English.

The hotel is located in a pedestrian only street with good restuarants close by. Metro available at the end of the street. If you like walking (as we do), its a 20 min walk to Arch de triumphe and L'Affayette shopping centre. 30 min walk from Gare du Nord.
