Staff very helpful and willing to make problems right. Hotel just steps away from trains and subway also less than city block from grey line city tour bus. Restaurants plentiful in neighborhood. Hotel old but clean. Rooms on small size but cozy. Stayed 4 days wish I had more time.

We stayed in this hotel (Level 7) for around 8 nights in January and it was a very pleasant trip. The breakfast offers a wide selection of desserts and dishes. The rooms were very clean, and service was excellent. Also, it offers a convenient locatin - being right next to the entrance of the metro.

We were able to walk all over from this location, but it is located close to the metro. We got a room upgrade and really enjoyed the extras.
