Good value for money. Breakfest is €12 and it is not bad. You can also find nice breakfest bistros on the av. Clichy. Trip to the downtown by metro takes about 30 - 35 minutes. The room are clean and quite small, but ok for a weekend. I would come back again.

Hotel is conveniently located close to metro Brochante, just two blocks away. Small rooms, but cleaned every day. Good continental breakfast considering the price and local food traditions. In general, very good base to explore Paris at a reasonable price.

So we stayed 3 nights in this hotel. Hotel itself is good. Rooms are small. Has everything for 3 star hotel. Receptionist was very nice but the reception itself is very untidy and messy.
