Good value for a 2 star hotel. A very good continental breakfast with a greater variety of food than is normal (muesli, croissants, French bread, cheese, eggs to name just a few of things I tried). Hotel was very close to the centre of Besancon and had parking right outside. We are a family of 5 and we had one room but there was enough space and we thought the hotel and the area was lovely.

The staff were very welcoming, the room was quiet and comfortable, parking was available at the front door. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who wanted simple accommodtaion within easy walking distance to the town centre and the Citadel.
