The service both at reception and bar were excellent, helpful and friendly. Being so close to both the tram and train is great for getting around. One of the few hotels still offering 'smoking' rooms. Bit noisy on the station side if you need to sleep with the window open, the trains do stop before midnight. More

The hotel is right next to the train station of Reims. Be sure to ask for a room on the other side of the hotel, otherwise you may be bothered by the sounds. The rooms are not very big, but ok. Wifi is free, but you need to request access codes at the reception. More
