Fantastic location - great service and just warm and inviting on arrival. will visit again and recommend to others. The spa was lovely also. the rooms were good size and very modernised. we would recommend offering free access to the spa however and we were charged and should not have been considering the Easter prices. thank you!

Great location and excellent staff. Very clean hotel and quiet. Helpful advice for restaurants / directions and they lent us their laptop for email reading. Parking was in a public surface lot about a block from the hotel and was fine.

Stayed here for another visit to this fantastic region of France. The staff is friendly, the rooms are large by Frence standards, and the beds are very comfortable. Hotel is centrally located in Epernay. Would come again.
