Tours is a lively city with plenty of good restaurants and, in December, nice Christmas market. This hotel has standard Ibis amenities including free WiFi. It's an easy walk into the old city and there is a parking garage next door at €7 per night. More

The hotel was in a central location in Tours, rooms were more than ok for a 2 star hotel for that price, breakfast had a great selection, much richer than 3 and 4 star hotels we stayed in France and western Europe. Having said all that, the best experience was the hotel staff, and specifically Mr. Damien at the reception,... More

I frequently stay at Ibis hotels because they are consistent. This was good, a little bit out of the town centre and certainly a walk from the old town. The only tip for travellers I would have is to take your own hairdryer and the bathroom is smaller than the average Ibis, probably because the weird design of the bathroom... More

The hotel is a little less than central for those walking from the station: a detour for directions from the Tourist Office was required. The hotel is not in a picturesque area, but a 15 minute walk will get you there, and you probably get a better night's sleep away from the more frequented parts of town. Otherwise, all aspect... We took the TGV from Paris and stayed here overnite (mid Sept ) The hotel is within walking distance from the train station and also to the central pedestrian street for restaurants and nite life. The room was small and simple but clean and doable. I might caution that this property is not air conditioned so if the outside temperature... More

We stayed here just for an overnight on the way back from Southern France. The hotel was very clean, the staff were more than helpful. We had a good meal and a bottle of wine which was fairly priced. The breakfast as with all Ibis hotels was deliciously continental, fresh croissants, fruit, little pancakes, cheese, ham, and the usual breakfast... More

Whilst the hotel is of modern design, the planners never actual tried to use the toilets in the bedrooms - they are so cramped The location relative to the town was excellent but sleep was difficult due to the extactor fans running in the bathroom Breakfast was average for this chain of hotels, I have had s better selection More

We spent 5 nights at Tours Centre Ibis Hotel, and we have been really satisfied of the choice. Tours is a really good start to visit all the Loire Valley, and the Hotel Ibis is very comfortable and has a wonderful quality-price ratio (from € 50,00 per night, even if we were in August!). The room is sufficiently spacious, with... More
