We stayed at Hotel de la Poste on our way to the Provence. It was just a one night stay over.
The hotel has some nice characteristics and some history which is nice and gives an extra touch.
But the 'historical aspects' should not have been kept until 2012 in the rooms. I would have liked it a bit more...
