We stayed in room 29. OK...the hotel is a bit tired (paint flaking etc), but you get what you pay for. For this time of year to pay 100 EUR in a place like St Jean de Luz, I think is very good value. good location, plenty of parking behind the hotel at reasonable price. , large rooms, no lifts , didnt eat there but breakfast looked good. Bathrooms fairly basic but plenty of room. Laundry near by, many restaurants to choose from within 200 meters of the hotel . the beach is only 250 mts away.
