The rooms are neat & clean. There is no air conditioning but the sea breeze and ceiling fan was enough for us. Had a great stay here, lovely big room which is unusual for France, and a big balcony. Sadly the weather was not good enough to get much opportunity but it was lovely anyway. Good price and a brilliant location,would recommend for a trip to Biarritz
