Fortunately through a pre-paid BW booking we were able to get a 2 adjoining connecting rooms, on the top (3rd) floor looking over the large fountain in the Round-about.(Residential area so traffic is only 8AM to around 8PM.Room windows are double glazed. We came with our four daughters and stayed for two days in the apartment in the 4th floor. The apartment is big, nice and clean. There is no elevator to the apartment at the 4th floor so we need to carry all our luggage from the 3rd floor by the stairs. They take a deposit of 500€ for any damage... More

There is nothing really bad about this hotel but (some) rooms are quite small. Even though it was small, not that cosy either... Location is good, short walking distance to the shops and the beach. Breakfast was nice.

Good location just 10 minutes from city centre. Really good rooms decorated with contemporary design furniture and flat screen tv. Very handy the indoor car park too! Recommended for a short stay in Biarritz!
