Hotel was very clean, the staff friendly and helpful. Ideal location in the center of Strasbourg for a short stay. Heating had a bit of a mind of its own in our room. Tram runs directly outside but you get used to its low rumble. Lots of great restaurants nearby. More

Stayed here during the 2011 Christmas Market. Location is excellent for the Christmas Market and train station. A very short walk to the three larger Markets. This hotel has a great location in the center of town.. It looks nice from the outside and in the lobby. However, the front desk staff was never too helpful, and I am not a needy traveler.The room, while clean, is old and faded. The bath was large with a tub and the ever important bidet. More

A centrally located hotel in easy walking distance from the TGV station. Location is ideal for walking to all the Christmas markets and plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff very friendly and rooms spotlessly clean. Luggage room very useful on day of departure for late trains. More
