Amazing service and unlimited free coffee with a smile from the friendly reception staff especially Hamid and Jorge. We have stayed at several apartment hotels in Manchester but only choose Blue Rainbow now. The parking is secure and the flats are spotless, trendy and well appointed. I will be returning next week! The apartment itself was very impressive: spotless, stylish, comfortable and full of nice touches like roses on the bed and rubber ducks in the bathroom. The only downside being that I would describe the reception staff's interpretation of professionalism as "be as cold and unfriendly as a starving polar bear". I will be back, however.
