“Outstanding value”

The setting of the hotel, particularly with the view over the garden from the lounge, is delightful. It is well placed for those visiting the Universities, and the other places of interest in South Manchester and the City Centre. Its rates seem to be outstanding value for money. I paid £40 for the night including a full English breakfast.

“V reasonable cost but average experience”

In manchester for a meeting at this venue which - the setting is lovely - let down by staff who were not interested in the clients and a very basic room. Not a particularly comfortable nights sleep - hard bed, modestly furbished room, pillows of lead. Food served at dinner was very nice.

“OK for overnight stay”

This hotel is clean and suitable for one night. The 'double' room was tiny and really only a single size. The breakfast was ample and the staff friendly. We would use it again if needed when we take our daughter to uni as it is 5 minutes walk from her accommodation in Fallowfield campus.

“Only average for the price”

Not the easiest place to find. Quite small room. Not within walking distance to train station, on check in they said which morning paper would you like, requested the local daily paper and it didn't turn up. Only free wi fi on bottom floor. Only plus was free parking.
