Just for the one night, lifts were out so had to use the stairs, luckily only on the 2nd floor and fixed by the evening. Room was huge, biggest one at any travelodge i've stayed at. Nice staff, great room, nice bar restaurant area but didnt eat here.

Stayed here for an hen party weekend. The rooms are huge and the beds are comfy. The staff are very attentive and nothing was too much trouble. The bar and food prices at this hotel were great. Positives Reception great, room fine basic but as you would expect a travelodge - couple of hangers, TV on wall bed. It was clean but pillows and duvet very thin. Towels good. Location was great but hotel was very tired and dirty. The room I had ( 208 ) was very noisy which I thick was the air con or extractor from somewhere near the room. Visited for a weekend away with friends. Hotel is excellently located for shops and bars. Rooms were clean but basic. However nothing else needed for a 24 stay. Parking was available underneath the hotel. Had food in the bar area in the early hours of the morning and this was great too. Would definitely stay again.

Great location, close to shops, rail links and many restaurants. BUT bed absolutely dreadful. Rooms and bathroom generally shabby and in need of a refurb. Corridors and stairways quite smelly. Wild not use again
