Gym and pool good at this price point. Nice rooms. Dinner in evenings can be hit and miss. I should have sent the medium steak back which came out like a bit of leather ....... however I'd waited 30 mins already and it was late. Staff not bothered. Only blight on nice stay!

The bedroom was stuffy and ac was inadequate - no window to open. Cheap bed throw on bed which is a really tacky thing for an expensive hotel. stayed in this hotel for a concert at the MEN arena , check in was fast and very friendly they went out of there way to help with our requests , room was tastefuly decorated and very cozy and the situation of the hotel is ideal for a night out in manchester also
