Had a lovely one night stay with my partner, on arrival the young boy on reception was in the most polite way..useless, didnt give us any information about where the facilities were, where we ate, breakfast times where to go etc. We had to go back to reception several times to ask questions. I have stayed here several times over the last year because my head office is a five minute walk. Given the choice I try to stay at the holiday inn Runcorn, which is one junction further along the m56. Believe me this place is in serious need of refurbishment. The bar, restaurant and leisure facilities are fine. It's the rooms.... More
