Arrived on a busy Friday afternoon and the valet parking worked. Car taken straight away. 2 double bed club room was fantastic. Complimentary drinks were a bonus before the concert. 24 hr Pizza service wasnt available (broken oven) so reception helped us order Dominoes pizzas all round and they were delivered to the hotel, no problem, within 25 minutes. The top floor rooms have floor to ceiling windows and although a bit small they are perfect. They have everyone you want and more and are so so comfortable. The visit did not start well as we were given the keys to someone elses room, and this took a while to rectify. However we eventually had the personal attention of the duty manager and all was resolved.
