Clean, comfortable, well-appointed room. Friendly, helpful service. Fair trade tea, coffee & hot chocolate in room. Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Attractive residents lounge. Very well located for access to town centre and parks. Close to rail station.

Warm and friendly host. Great location with free parking. Room was very shabby and need of decoration, bathroom had no shower, an over the bath shower hose would have sufficed.
