If you like a good nights' sleep then make sure that you take your own pillow. Otherwise the hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and there is a great breakfast. Fitness room, spa and pool facilities a nice bonus, plus lovely bathroom products. Internet is not free however.....

The staff where friendly enough however the shower would not switch off so I had to have it running all night & yes, I tried to report it, twice. The room was badly lit, the bedside lamps had x2 bulbs out. I had one "large" towel, even though I was in a double room & to top it all off... More

Stayed mid week and so I suppose business rates applied. The check in was pretty smooth although the receptionist obviously assumed I was deaf so shouted information and instructions at me across the desk. The room was fine - a bit dated but clean. Arrived late but speedy and efficient check in that was friendly and welcoming . Rooms clean , spacious and the beds are always very comfortable . Breakfast as always very good , plenty of choice and friendly staff

First, everyone on staff, from housekeeping to bar/restaurant to reception was pleasant and helpful. WIFI worked great, the fitness and pool facilities were spanking and breakfast very good. I could not remember why this hotel was on my list of those to return too; but a free car park followed by a very warm welcome at reception (where the computer remembered I had been there before) quickly reminded me. A warm and friendly hotel convenient and generally quiet. Excellent breakfast. The breakfast choice was very broad including healthy options. The dining space was generous and tables were therefore reasonably private which added to a pleasant experience. Express check-out speeded us on our way.
