Rooms are nice, shower was brilliant. The lady at reception who served us was really friendly, polite and nice.
The pool and steam room are ok but the changing rooms are digusting and smell like wee. Sauna is not too great either. I think it is because the gym is used by non hotel goers?? Either way yuck!

Stayed here the night before flying out on holiday. Reservations taken by central res (as the hotel does not do reservations themselves) - booking all fine, booked the hotels own Stay and valet parking. Am a Priority Club Gold Member - so the res agent also made a request for an upgrade.

We stayed on the 1st January for one night before departing for our holiday.
We were checked in quickly and effciently by the Front of House Manager, we chose to take the optional 2 for £19 breakfasts.
